The Donald could have been talking about the law firm world at the moment. As the most recent financial results of our Am Law 200 have shown, firms have been lucky. Their clients have been slow adopters and developers of the technology that could help them handle their legal work. Not to overstate the obvious, but having fewer in-house tools has meant that companies have had to turn to outside counsel.
