Two Am Law 200 firms are poised to expand Monday in Boston and Chicago by absorbing local boutiques.
Greenberg Traurig is adding five lawyers from Michaels, Ward & Rabinovitz in Beantown, while Detroit-based Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn will open in the Windy City by bolting on 14-lawyer litigation shop Schopf & Weiss. Both unions will officially be announced June 1.
