Former Dewey & LeBoeuf client relations manager Suzanna Sanchez testified Wednesday that partners at the now-defunct firm knew she was looking for backdated checks in order to meet year-end collections targets, but that few questioned the activity.

For example, in an email projected on a screen for jurors dated Jan. 4, 2010, Sanchez wrote to former Dewey & LeBoeuf tax partner Joseph Pari asking him to press for payment from NBC and General Electric. John Salmon, another former tax partner who testified at trial earlier this month, was copied on the email.
