After 40 years in existence, Gordon Silver is poised to close its doors after the departure of its two name partners and dozens of others so far this year.

Mark Dzarnoski, Gordon Silver’s current managing shareholder, confirmed in a Friday afternoon phone call that the longtime Las Vegas-based legal mainstay is in the process of winding down its operations and will dissolve this year.
