Mrozek’s successor is litigation partner Kevin Burke, who has served as vice chairman of Hinshaw & Culbertson since 2009. The Am Law 200 firm, whose roots are in Chicago, has grown under Mrozek’s tenure to a 500-lawyer shop with offices throughout the U.S. and in London.
