Steptoe & Johnson has snagged two new hires for its New York office, including a veteran in-house lawyer and descendant of a storied political family.
Wendell Willkie II, the grandson of former Republican presidential candidate and Willkie Farr & Gallagher name partner Wendell Willkie, joined Steptoe & Johnson this week as of counsel, where he’ll focus on corporate governance, global compliance, international transactions and other matters that pique his interest.
