Dickstein Shapiro’s struggle to hold on to partners following an effort to reorganize around core practice areas is set to meet another hurdle.
KIRK PASICH, head of Dickstein’s insurance coverage practice, is poised to take nine other lawyers from the firm to Los Angeles-based Liner, according to a Friday report by sibling publication The National Law Journal, which cited five sources familiar with the move.
