Boston-based Sullivan & Worcester banked $103 million in gross revenue in 2014 to creep onto the back end of The American Lawyer’s Am Law 200 rankings in June, and now the 156-lawyer firm is partnering up with a two-lawyer firm founded in 2011.
Greene & Hafer, a full-service employment shop started by CORINNE GREENE and SUSANNE HAFER that year, saw both of its founding partners reach a deal this week with Sullivan & Worcester, where they will be of counsel in the firm’s labor and employment litigation and counseling group. The duo will continue to operate their own firm. Sullivan & Worcester, which hired a new COO earlier this year from a former Am Law 100 firm based in Boston, also added Davis Polk & Wardwell counsel HAYDEN BAKER as an environmental and natural resources partner in New York.
