Jurors in the criminal case against three former Dewey & LeBoeuf leaders considered Monday a key witness’s testimony relating to accounting adjustments at the now-defunct Am Law 100 firm.
On the 12th full day of deliberations, jurors asked Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Robert Stolz to read back portions of testimony from witness Dianne Cascino, a former director of revenue support at Dewey & LeBoeuf. Cascino is one of seven former accounting employees who have pleaded guilty and signed cooperation agreements with the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
