Was William Uchimoto unfairly blindsided by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission?
Uchimoto certainly thinks so. The SEC sued the former big-firm partner and five other individuals in September, accusing Uchimoto of defrauding regulators when he helped obtain Nasdaq stock market listings for two Chinese companies through so-called reverse triangular mergers.
