Ford & Harrison, an Atlanta-based labor and employment firm that has periodically pierced the Am Law 200 ranks, has absorbed New York- and Palo Alto, California-based Waldman Law in the second big-firm combination of 2016.
The union, effective as of Jan. 1, sees Waldman Law founding partner and chief counsel Daniel Waldman join Ford & Harrison’s global legal services practice as a partner in New York and San Francisco. Waldman Law counsel Jesse Pauker has also joined Ford & Harrison as counsel in New York.
