Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan announced Wednesday that Washington, D.C.. litigator Tara Lee has joined the firm from DLA Piper, where she was practice chair for both global investigations and cross-border litigation.
The move is the latest in a string of recent lateral acquisitions for Quinn Emanuel—and it marks the fourth departure of a DLA Piper practice leader to another firm in recent days. As The Am Law Daily reported, this week DLA Piper lost a co-chair of its global restructuring group, a co-chair of its U.S.-based international arbitration practice and a co-chair of its patent litigation group.
