Bass, Berry & Sims, a regional firm formed via a merger nearly a century ago, has taken on 10 partners from Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, a fellow Nashville-based shop with the unique acronym h3gm that will now disband.
Todd Rolapp, managing partner at Bass Berry and chair of the 260-lawyer firm’s corporate and securities group, told The Am Law Daily that his firm had been recruiting its new hires for some time.
