Bracewell, a Houston-based firm that rebranded itself in January following the departure of former name partner Rudolph Giuliani to Greenberg Traurig, has lost another key group to Schulte Roth & Zabel.

Julian Rainero, head of the broker-dealer and market regulation practice at Bracewell, and partner Craig Warkol are leading a 10-lawyer team to Schulte Roth that includes partner Douglas Koff, special counsel David Sieradzki, Kelly Koscuiszka and Evan Barnes, and associates William Barbera, Derek Lacarrubba, Katherine Sullivan and Amanda Wichot. All are based in New York, except for Sieradzki, who works out of Washington, D.C.
