Lori Alvino McGill did not wait long to reach out to Beth Wilkinson and Alexandra Walsh after she heard the two Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison partners were launching their own trial boutique in January.

The high-powered duo, whose new firm Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz hopes to train a younger generation of litigators, appealed to McGill, an appellate litigation partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. On Feb. 8, Alvino and Walsh had lunch at Boqueria, a Spanish tapas establishment in Dupont Circle.
