Hunton & Williams, currently in merger talks with British firm Addleshaw Goddard, has made two notable hires ahead of that potential combination.
SHANNON BROOME, chair of Katten Muchin Rosenman’s air quality and climate change practice in San Francisco and Washington, D.C., has joined Hunton with CHARLES “CHUCK” KNAUSS, who served as co-head of Katten’s environmental practice and was a member of the firm’s board of directors.
