A reorganization of New York’s legal startup scene continued this week with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s hire of Daniel Glazer, former co-head of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson’s technology transactions and emerging companies group.
Glazer, who advises companies on the IP aspects of deals, will work out of Wilson Sonsini’s New York office as part of the firm’s technology transactions group.
