In a deal that would create the world’s biggest theater chain, Leawood, Kansas-based AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. has tapped Weil Gotshal & Manges to advise on its acquisition of the largest theater group in Europe, London-based Odeon & UCI Cinemas Group, from private-equity firm Terra Firma Capital Partners Ltd.
