Lewis Kaden, who in 2005 left Davis Polk & Wardwell after 21 years as a partner at the firm to join Citigroup Inc., has returned as senior counsel.
Kaden was vice chairman of Citi during the financial crisis when the bank received the largest government bailout of any of the banking giants that relied on federal aid during that economically troubled time.
