King & Wood Mallesons’ (KWM) European and Middle East arm will receive a major boost in capital as partners commit over £14 million ($18.4 million) to the firm.

In a statement released Thursday, KWM said that 98 percent of its legacy SJ Berwin partnership had voted in favor of recapitalizing the firm. Partners have committed in excess of £14 million ($18.4 million) of additional capital, the statement said.
