AMANDA PERSAUD was counsel in Wachtell’s corporate group, where she focused her practice on advising hedge funds, private equity firms and other alternative investment vehicles on fund formation, fundraising and operations matters. She joins Ropes & Gray as a partner in its private investment funds and asset management group.
