Cleveland-based Ulmer & Berne, founded in 1908, announced Wednesday that it will name its fourth managing partner on Oct. 1.
Scott Kadish, partner-in-charge of Ulmer & Berne’s Cincinnati office and chair of its leasing and retail groups, will take the 150-lawyer firm’s reins from Harold “Kip” Reader, who has held the top leadership post for 21 years.
