with big litigation victories in the past two years. Each profile also includes “trial tips” from star litigators.Taken together, themes emerge:

Authenticity. As Greenberg Traurig product liability star Lori Cohen puts it: “Let the jury get to know the real you. Anything less will be a detriment. If you have a big personality, like bold colors, wear high heels, whatever the case may be—little by little, in trial, let your true self shine through.”
