Sean Lacey, co-leader of the alterantive capital group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, has become the latest partner to leave the lockstep Magic Circle firm for potential riches at Kirkland & Ellis.

Kirkland announced Wednesday its hire of Lacey, a financial restructuring expert, as a partner for its London office, which has been busy in recent years recruiting from Freshfields.
