Do Not Forward This Article!It's a common scenario in the digital age: An employee receives an e-mail with a newsletter to which his employer has subscribed. Thinking it useful, the employee forwards the e-mail to boss and co-workers, and posts it to the company's intranet site. This seemingly innocuous business practice could expose him and his employer to civil liability for copyright infringement.
