On his thinking about presidential power: "In a case involving his private conduct, a president should be treated like any private citizen," Conway wrote in a 1994 op-ed challenging Bill Clinton's push to evade litigation of sexual misconduct claims. "The rule of law requires no more—and no less." Conway is married to Kellyanne Conway, who's set to become counselor to Donald Trump.
