Obtaining Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions in Chancery CourtPlaintiff's counsel would be wise to limit the scope of the relief sought by the temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction to less than the scope of a final injunction that the plaintiff would be entitled to if it is ultimately successful on the merits of the claims.
