Going Digital: A Timeline of E-Courts in New JerseyThe New Jersey judiciary's move to an electronic records filing system has been years in the making. At the direction of Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, the judiciary formed a special committee in 2008 to prepare a comprehensive set of recommendations on how to make electronic filing broadly available in New Jersey's court system.
