Judge Dies After Beating; Suspect to Be Charged With MurderA 74-year-old judge died July 9 from head injuries he suffered during a severe beating two weeks ago at his law office in Georgia. Glenn Thomas Jr. was a Recorders Court judge and attorney who served 30 years as district attorney for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. Authorities say murder charges will be filed against Bobby Rex Stribling.
