Former Execs of Body Armor Maker Arrested on Insider Trading ChargesTwo former executives of DHB Industries Inc., a major supplier of body armor to the U.S. military and police forces, were arrested on Thursday on insider trading charges, authorities said. Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn accused former CFO Dawn Schlegel and former COO Sandra Hatfield of inflating the company's earnings and profit margins by millions of dollars between 2003 and 2005, then selling their own stock for an $8 million profit. The SEC has filed related civil charges against the pair.

The jury ordered MSG to pay $8.6 million, and chairman James Dolan to pay $3 million, in punitive damages to Anucha Browne Sanders. The jury did not find Thomas liable for punitive damages. In the coming weeks, the presiding judge will determine and award compensatory damages. Thomas and MSG have said they will appeal.
