Paul Fraidenburgh is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory compliance matters. He has prevailed on behalf of clients in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and at the state Supreme Court level. Paul represents clients ranging from government agencies to Fortune 100 companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, aviation, real estate, energy, sports and entertainment. Paul represented a health care district in the 2021 trial of a high-profile case in which the plaintiff claimed $9.1 million in lost rental income damages as a result of a multi-year dispossession from a 60,000 square foot office building, achieving a complete defense verdict and a judgment in favor of the health care district for more than $4 million. Paul also cuccessfully briefed, argued and prevailed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, achieving dismissal of 8-figure claims against a government agency in November 2017. SilverWing at Sandpoint, LLC v. Bonner Cty., 2017 U.S. App. LEXIS 21970 (9th Cir. 2017). He has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a 2023 “Stand-Out Lawyer of the Year” and by The Daily Journal as a “Top 40 Under 40” in 2018, and he is a member of the American Law Institute.
