Erica Kitaev, JD, is Vice President of Product Management for Thomson Reuters, where she leads cross-product teams tasked with developing AI solutions designed to solve the most pressing problems of legal customers. A 20-year veteran of the legal industry, Erica came to Thomson Reuters from an AmLaw 100 firm, where she was a partner in the privacy & data security and litigation groups.

Trisha is currently the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Medtelligent Incorporated. Medtelligent is a healthcare technology company that builds the industry leading operational software for assisted living communities "ALIS" (pronounced ""Alice""). Trisha oversees Medtelligent's day-to-day operations and is responsible for leading and supporting Medtelligent's executive team. Trisha specializes in leadership and management training, recruiting processes, and scaling strategies. In her role as General Counsel, Trisha advises the board of directors and executive team on business development strategies, risk management, intellectual property protection, employment and policy matters, and regulatory compliance including HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
Before moving in-house, Trisha was a senior litigation associate at the Chicago area technology focused law firm Synergy Law Group LLC. At Synergy, Trisha practiced complex commercial litigation and concentrated on general business litigation, intellectual property, and employment disputes for entities ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Trisha received her J.D. at Chicago-Kent College of Law (2006) and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in its General and Trial Bars.

Aihong Yu works as a Chief Privacy Counsel (CIPP and US, CIPM) at CDK Global, which is a Business Services company with an estimated 9,000 employees; and founded in 2014. They are part of the Privacy team within the Legal Department and their management level is C-Level. Aihong graduated from University of Chicago Law School and is currently based in Hoffman Estates, United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Colleen served as chief administrative officer at another international law firm, also previously serving as its firmwide director of pricing and project management, where she established a first of its kind legal project management department supported by a dedicated team of professionals with MBAs, law degrees, and advanced training in math and statistics. Before serving in administrative-level positions, Colleen worked as an attorney in the litigation and antitrust practices of two other law firms.

Since 2012, Colleen has helped develop and deliver a business of law operations module at her alma matter, Villanova University School of Law. She is also a contributing author featured in the Ark Group's 2011 book Project Management for Lawyers: Developing Best Practices in Legal Project Management, Ark Group’s 2012 book Buying Legal: Procurement Insights and Practice and Buying Legal's 2015 Legal Procurement Handbook. Colleen was also featured in the 2015 Of Counsel Management Report: A Hiring Trend on the Rise in 2015, and the in Legal Technology News: The Eureka Moment in 2012.
