A New York native, Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo (SUNY) where he received a B.S. in Business Administration, and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Brooklyn Law School.

Jack Hamilton (they/them) is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s mergers and acquisitions practice. They represent public and private companies in a wide variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, stock purchases, asset acquisitions, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Jack counsels both private and publicly held companies on general corporate governance and disclosure matters.

Jack serves on the firm’s Member Nominating Committee and is active in multiple of the firm’s affinity groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Anne has been the General Counsel for six companies including Sky Chefs, Fitness Connection, GE, Dresser, NextiraOne and N.F. Smith. She has been responsible for identifying, building and developing multiple international legal, compliance and business teams across countries, cultures and industries. She is currently the Associate General Counsel for Thermon, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of industrial heating solutions based out of Austin and is leading the integration of Vapor Power, which was acquired by Thermon in December 2023.

Anne graduated from Rice University before attending the University of Texas School of Law. She is an active member of the Attorneys Serving the Community where she is co-chair of the ASC Silent Auction; the Dallas Women Lawyers Association where she is the co-chair of the Mentoring Committee; the Texas General Counsel Forum where she is on the Dallas Board of Directors; and a prior Chairman of the Board for Hunger Busters, a Dallas based non-profit that provides meals daily to Dallas ISD students through its signature “Feed the Need” afterschool program.
