Allie Ozurovich is an associate in the firm’s product liability and mass torts practice group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing major consumer products manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in federal multidistrict litigation and coordinated state court proceedings involving claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer fraud.

Over her career, Ms. Ozurovich has handled all aspects of litigation, including fact and expert discovery and case workup, motions practice, trial, and appeals. She has significant experience developing expert witnesses and preparing company witnesses for deposition and trial. She has also successfully briefed and argued motions in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions, Daubert and Sargon motions, and motions in limine.

Marc S. Gaffrey is the Supervising Partner of the Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas. Leveraging his background in biochemistry, Marc has resolved hundreds of toxic tort, mass tort, and environmental law disputes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania over his 35 year career with a unique scientific perspective and understanding. He handles matters involving asbestos, mold, talc, silica, benzene, pesticides, and chemical compounds, and has also litigated numerous environmental matters involving fuel oil discharge, hazardous waste, Superfund site construction and remediation, and landfill clean-up. In addition to his legal practice, Marc is President-Elect of the Middlesex County Bar Association and Co-Chair of its Environmental Law Committee.
