Todd Marlin is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice and is the Global Forensic Technology and Innovation Leader.

Mr. Marlin is a trusted advisor to the C-suite, board of directors and General Counsel on complex issues surrounding data, security, and legal and compliance risks. His main focus areas are forensic data analytics, cybersecurity, computer forensics, fraud detection, and electronic discovery. Adept in big data analytics and data science, his team helps clients develop custom models to identify, expose and demonstrate relationships, trends and patterns within complex and disparate data. Mr. Marlin applies his extensive experience in data analytics and computer forensics to help businesses monitor, investigate, mitigate and recover from cyber breaches, as well as fraudulent and criminal activities by rogue employees.

Mr. Marlin has led numerous global projects for Fortune 500 companies and worked with both inside and outside counsel to navigate data and security challenges in critical situations and to manage legal, regulatory and financial risks. His unique background in accounting and technology enables him to effectively work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders in complex legal, security and compliance issues. He has appeared on behalf of clients in front of the NYSE and SEC. Mr. Marlin has also served as a Neutral Expert and an Expert and has been appointed in Federal Court as a Special Master relating to electronic discovery disputes. Mr. Marlin has a multi-disciplinary background holding dual Master’s degrees in Data Science and Cybersecurity as well as a B.S. in Accounting.

Dr. Irina Matveeva is responsible for Reveal’s data science organization and applying machine learning and natural language processing approaches throughout the Reveal platform. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and has nearly a decade of both practical and academic experience in natural language processing.

Dr. Matveeva received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. She co-chaired the TextGraphs workshops in 2012, 2011, 2008, and 2007, and is a reviewer for multiple prestigious journals and publications.

Ilan Sherr advises on all areas of competition law, including cartels, anti-competitive agreements, merger control and state aid. He also advises on EU law, trade and free-movement.

Ilan has published widely. He edits the Westlaw Insight sections on (1) Abuse of Dominance, (2) Anti-competitive Agreements and (3) the Cartel Offence. He is a contributing author to the leading text book "EU Law of State Aid" by Oxford University Press and is a regular contributor to the on-line competition journal Concurrences.

Daryl Teshima is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Technology practice and is based in Los Angeles. Mr. Teshima assists clients with the electronic data discovery process in litigation and government investigations, and in developing in-house corporate e-discovery and records management programs. He has more than 15 years of experience in information management and litigation support.

Mr. Teshima has wide experience in the issues presented by electronic discovery, including data acquisitions and examinations, analysis and conversion of structured and unstructured data, and review and production of electronic documents, databases and web sites. He also advises on information management, helping agencies and companies update their approach to records management in the electronic age. His responsibilities span from managing examinations and investigations of computer data to the daily management of electronic discovery consulting staff.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Teshima managed Operations for KPMG’s Forensic Technology service, which encompassed the implementation of SOC-2 Type-A certified electronic data procedures and the establishment of globally consistent methodologies that included implementing kCura Relativity in more than 15 geographies and establishing a follow-the-sun support plan. Mr. Teshima was also a principal of Strategic Discovery, Inc., which was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2008 and which he co-founded in 2002. In addition, Mr. Teshima was Director of Practice Systems for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he guided the Firm’s application of technology to the practice of law.

George Socha is responsible for increasing market awareness and adoption of Reveal’s platform globally. Additionally, George is tasked with guiding the product roadmap and consulting with Reveal customers on effective deployment of legal technology. In 2005, he co-founded the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) whose frameworks and content have empowered a generation of legal professionals. He has worked for over three decades as a lawyer, advisor and court-approved expert.

George received his JD from Cornell Law School and his BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
