Gary S. Graifman is a partner in the Firm and co-chair of the Consumer Class Action Litigation Group at KGG. Mr. Graifman’s practice concentrates in the representation of plaintiffs in consumer and securities class action litigation. He is admitted to practice before multiple federal and state courts throughout the nation.

Jerry is a Partner at Duane Morris LLP and chairs the firm’s Class Action Defense Group. Jerry successfully defended the largest EEOC systemic lawsuit ever prosecuted, the largest age discrimination collective action ever brought in Illinois, the first sexual harassment class action brought by a State Attorney General in the United States, and the largest wage & hour class actions ever litigated in Florida, Illinois, and New York.

Jerry is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and the Northwestern University School of Law, where he serves as an adjunct professor.
