Description

The past two years have seen the undeniable growth of collective bargaining agreements (CBA) in both the public and private sector workplace. In the aftermath of the pandemic, and the continued endemic, the tight labor market, high cost of living, and inflation are expected to create increased tensions and significant disruptions in labor negotiations. Thus, effective and strategic negotiations to keep pace with wage inflation and create overall improved working conditions are paramount. Likewise, as regulatory developments continue to reshape this area of law, employers and practitioners must keep themselves in the loop of emerging developments to avoid pitfalls.

Listen as The Knowledge Group presents labor and employment attorneys Edmund J. O’Meally (Pessin Katz Law, P.A.) and Patrick C. Campbell Jr., (Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP) in an engaging discussion on the key areas of collective bargaining agreements. This course will also share an in-depth analysis of critical issues and effective strategies in negotiating CBA.

This program was recorded on October 18, 2022.
