Kelly’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing insurance companies, financial services providers, and financial institutions in a host of complex disputes, civil and criminal investigations, class actions and arbitrations.

Kelly advises on matters involving insurance coverage, class actions, fraud and securities, parallel proceedings, the Martin Act, SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and RICO claims. She has also conducted sensitive investigations involving whistleblowers and claims of sexual misconduct, racial discrimination, and sexual harassment.

Kelly serves as co-chair of the New York Office’s Associate Evaluation Committee, is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Advisory Board, and is a Hiring Committee member.
