Ms. Kibbe was Of Counsel at Morgan Lewis and also served as Managing Director, Expert & Professional Services for EpiqSystems and RVM Enterprises. She also served as Senior Corporate Counsel and Managing Director of the Discovery Response Team at Pfizer, Inc., where she started the company's first discovery and cross border function and served as counsel to the information governance team. Prior to Pfizer, Ms. Kibbe was an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York and an Attorney for Texaco Inc.

Amy Endicott helps clients develop strategies to navigate and resolve cross-border technology disputes that arise as her clients undertake the transformation to business models powered by machine learning and enterprise blockchain. An internationally recognized arbitration practitioner based in California’s innovative Silicon Valley, Ms. Endicott has represented chip makers, life sciences companies, and aerospace innovators in international arbitrations conducted under the rules of leading organizations, including the ICC, AAA-ICDR, and UNCITRAL. She publishes and speaks frequently on issues concerning the intersection of AI and law. Ms. Endicott also co-chairs the Steering Committee of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center’s Young Professionals, which is dedicated to fostering dialogue with thought leaders in the technology and arbitration spaces.

In addition to her work in international arbitration, Ms. Endicott assists clients with international litigation and complex commercial disputes. Her litigation practice includes advising clients on cross-border procedural issues and dispute resolution strategy, as well as data privacy requirements. Ms. Endicott not only assists her clients in crafting a compelling narrative for their case but also in managing the litigation process to ensure that each step of the dispute is closely coordinated with in-house counsel and cost-effective.

Ms. Endicott was a dean's fellow at the University of California Berkeley, School of Law where she graduated with a certificate in international law.

Prior to Text IQ, Omar co-founded and led Sportaneous, a consumer health company, which was acquired by Greatist in 2014 and subsequently Healthline. As a leader at one of the fastest growing AI companies, Omar is often faced with addressing important questions about how disruptive technology like Text IQ can be used to benefit society. Bobby serves as outside eDiscovery counsel and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients and in this role provides counseling and guidance in connection with legally defensible and standardized company-wide discovery practices.

Bobby is a globally recognized thought leader on the application of artificial intelligence and analytics to the practice of law and was nominated for Relativity and Text IQ’s “AI Catalyst Award” in 2021. In 2022, Relativity named him an AI visionary for spearheading the adoption of artificial intelligence in legal practice. Bobby is also a frequent speaker and author on eDiscovery, information governance, data security and other legal technology topics. Manning of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to his legal career, Bobby acquired nearly five years of technical experience in the areas of network engineering, firewall administration, technology consulting, and computer programming. A true “techno lawyer,” Bobby’s technology experience dates back to his first job in college building and configuring Novell NetWare and Windows NT applications and file servers.

Bobby is a member of the International Legal Technology Association, American Bar Association: Section of Litigation and Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production. He has multiple computer certifications, including the CompTIA A computer hardware certification.
