Ilona Logvinova is Associate General Counsel at McKinsey & Company, within McKinsey Digital, working closely with advanced analytics, AI/ML, cloud strategy and enablement, and digital builds across a range of industries.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Ilona was Senior Counsel at Mastercard, where she worked on ground-up technology builds and tech transactions to leverage the company’s core assets and explore broader partnership opportunities. Prior to Mastercard, Ilona was an Associate at Fried Frank, where she specialized in leveraged finance representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financings.

Ilona has a BA from Columbia University with a joint major in Economics and Philosophy and her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Dawn Guillory Brown

Dawn Guillory Brown is a Senior Corporate Counsel of Technology and Intellectual Property for AFLAC, handling complex commercial technology transactions and managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, ensuring potential patents, trademarks and copyrights are vetted prior to filing. Dawn also leads strategic initiatives in the legal department and acts as lead counsel for enterprise wise projects and transformations.

Prior to joining AFLAC, Dawn held similar positions at Schlumberger and Zions Bancorporation where she honed her transactional experience. Dawn began her legal career as a civil litigator, zealously representing clients in business and commercial disputes, personal injury and medical malpractice cases working at various law firms. She is actively involved in her community, has served as a Board Member of a nonprofit that supports homeless veterans and youth and Leader of Young Adult and Youth Ministries.

Dawn graduated Cum Laude from Dillard University with a Bachelor of Arts and earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she acquired a dual degree in both Common and Civil law. Dawn resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband Jeremy S. Brown and two precious and precocious sons, Jeremy D. Brown, II and Jayson M. Brown.

Maggie is Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Vertafore, Inc., the leading provider of software and technology services to the insurance industry headquartered in Denver. In this role she has 3 teams reporting to her: Legal, Privacy and Compliance, and Cybersecurity. She and her team are responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions; litigation management; compliance including regulatory, privacy and data security; labor and employment; corporate governance; management of outside counsel; product development, including intellectual property; commercial real estate; and complex commercial transactions.

Previously, Maggie was Associate General Counsel with Clarivate Analytics, formerly the IP and Science Division of Thomson Reuters, where she was responsible for privacy and data security compliance, complex commercial transactions, labor and employment, business strategy and product development for a global corporation.

Maggie supports the in-house community by mentoring a law student intern multiple times throughout the year and is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Other volunteer work is dedicated to the high school performing arts and athletic departments as well as the community swim team.

Maggie earned her juris doctorate cum laude from Western Michigan University and her undergraduate bachelor of the arts from the University of Colorado. She is licensed and a member of the bar association in both Colorado and Michigan.
