Doug Curtis is a seasoned and accomplished trial lawyer who brings both an in-house and a private practice perspective to every client and every representation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Curtis was Deputy General Counsel at WeWork, a global shared workspace company, where he oversaw litigation, employment, compliance, and legal operations. From 1998 to 2003, he worked at Reuters Group PLC, where he became Executive Vice President, Global Head of Ethics and Compliance following posts as Regional General Counsel for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, and as Director of Litigation in the Americas.
On a pro bono basis, Mr. Curtis was part of the team that obtained the landmark Supreme Court decision on behalf of six Guantanamo detainees in Boumediene v. Bush. He currently represents an Illinois state prisoner challenging his incarceration in solitary confinement, and a transgender individual suing a public school district for discrimination, harassment and a hostile work environment.
Mr. Curtis is also an experienced adviser in the field of corporate compliance programs, coordinating efforts within Arnold & Porter to provide comprehensive compliance guidance to clients.
Mr. Curtis earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was Treasurer of the Harvard Law Review and received the Sears Prize. Mr. Curtis received his AB from Harvard College, magna cum laude. Additionally, he clerked for the Honorable Patricia M. Wald of the United States Court of Appeals, DC Circuit. Prior to law school, he was a Rotary Foundation Scholar in Paris, France.

Andre Geverola leads the firm's cartel investigations practice. He was the first and is the most recent Director of Criminal Litigation in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he supervised all criminal litigation matters across the country and helped formulate critical policies and practices that impact leniency applications, grand jury investigations, and litigation. Mr. Geverola brings to his clients a unique perspective in antitrust and white-collar matters across a number of industries coupled with practical approaches to compliance and risk mitigation.
As Director of Criminal Litigation, Mr. Geverola supervised all criminal cartel matters for the Antitrust Division.
Mr. Geverola has broad experience in white-collar matters and has coordinated investigations with the DOJ Criminal Division, Civil Division, and various US Attorney's Offices. Additionally, Mr. Geverola has worked with and trained antitrust enforcement agencies across the globe, including Japan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Israel, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Earlier in his career at the Antitrust Division, Mr. Geverola worked as a trial attorney and then as Assistant Chief in the Antitrust Division’s Chicago Office. In these roles, he led numerous investigations and prosecutions of antitrust, fraud, and related offenses, and was responsible for the most significant corporate criminal cases in the history of the office.
Prior to the Antitrust Division, Mr. Geverola practiced at another top international law firm, where he represented clients in criminal and civil litigation and government investigations, focusing on antitrust, FCPA, and fraud matters in a variety of industries, including technology, energy, and manufacturing.

Jennifer Diana

Jennifer Diana is Senior Legal Counsel on the Disputes and Government Investigations Legal team at Standard Chartered Bank. She handles significant enforcement matters and internal investigations stemming from inquiries by the Bank’s global regulators, law enforcement bodies, competition authorities, and other agencies. She also manages material US litigations. Areas of focus include anti-competitive conduct, market manipulation, sanctions, bribery, money laundering, and employee misconduct. Jennifer works closely with senior management and the business as well as colleagues from financial crime, compliance, risk, audit, operations, and human resources to effectively manage and resolve these matters as well as to identify and apply lessons learned in an effort to improve processes and build best practices enterprise-wide. She is also co-chair of the Bank’s Gender Engagement Network for the Americas.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from Barnard College. Jennifer was a litigation associate at Kramer Levin from 2006 through 2015.
