Natalie is a Principal at Windham Brannon, LLC, certified public accounting and advisory firm, located in Atlanta, Georgia. She joined Windham Brannon in January 2019 in the Litigation, Valuation, and Forensic Services practice. Prior to joining the firm, Natalie held positions in the forensic practices at a global consulting company and a national Certified Public Accounting firm.

Natalie brings more than a decade of experience working on various forensic accounting engagements, fraud investigations, and other litigation support and compliance matters. She has worked with businesses ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies.

Natalie has been an accountant in public practice since 2009 and received her CPA license in 2010. She has been involved in over 100 legal disputes, serving clients from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. Natalie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). In addition, she is a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Additionally she recently completed a certification program through the AICPA on data analytics.

Natalie has presented on the topic of forensic accounting to colleges and universities, including Georgia Tech, University of Georgia, Georgia State University, and Auburn University. She is also a 2019 Recipient of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Standing Ovation award.

Natalie currently serves on the AICPA Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) Credential Committee and is the Chair of the Champions program for the CFF credential. Further, she is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs Fraud and Forensic Accounting Task Force.

Previously, Natalie served on the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Practice Aid Review Task Force and held two terms on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter of International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
