Rachel has over a decade worth of experience in the legal industry, primarily in the areas of compliance, eDiscovery, information governance and corporate legal operations.

As a Technical Specialist at Microsoft, Rachel empowers customers by leveraging the intelligent cloud and intelligent edge through Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions. By using her knowledge of the legal operations, IG and eDiscovery industries, Rachel provides superior focus and guidance when assisting customers through their journey to the cloud and beyond.

Rachel started her career at a large software development company, in legal operations, and specialized in contract management workflows, litigation readiness, and corporate governance. Moving to Epiq in 2011, Rachel was an eDiscovery Project Manager, Director of Client Development and a Solutions Architect within the Information Governance division.

Jon Monheit

Lead, eDiscovery Program Manager

Jon began the first nine years of his legal career as a commercial litigator before becoming an eDiscovery Professional. He is a licensed attorney in DC and has spent the last 9 years working in Microsoft’s Litigation Group in Redmond, Washington as part of a team managing eDiscovery for complex litigation and Government Investigations. He is currently the Lead eDiscovery PM in the Litigation Group at Microsoft. As part of his eDiscovery role at Microsoft, in addition to utilizing the Purview Premium for case work, he has worked closely with the Product Group at Microsoft, testing, and providing feedback on the eDiscovery Tools as they are developed. Jon has also been responsible for standardizing the document review process Microsoft uses with Outside Counsel and vendors and implementing analytics workflows to streamline review.

Before joining Microsoft, Jon was the VP of eDiscovery Services at Hudson Legal, where he oversaw a team of Project Managers in the US and the UK. In his role at Hudson Legal, Jon directly or indirectly oversaw management of hundreds of document reviews for a variety of large companies across numerous industries in the US and UK.

Jon Kessler

Jon Kessler is a senior director of Information Governance consulting services for Epiq, where he leads service delivery, project management, and product development within the North American information governance practice. Kessler is an experienced leader focusing on delivering expertise on the topics of data migration, compliance and eDiscovery. He has extensive experience working on complex matters across many diverse industries and is often engaged to provide formal compliance and eDiscovery training to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Epiq in 2011, Kessler held senior leadership roles at two global data forensic and collection firms, where he led more than 600 forensic examination projects and provided oversight on many others.

Kessler has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts, frequently speaks at legal technology conferences, and has delivered several continuing legal education (CLE) accredited courses on digital forensics, information governance, and eDiscovery. He also holds numerous Microsoft 365, eDiscovery, information governance and digital forensic certifications.

John Collins

John Collins is a Managing Director and investment committee member of Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC. Over 25 years Lighthouse has developed proprietary tools aimed at enhancing returns and more effectively understanding risks when building hedge fund portfolios.

John is involved in manager research and portfolio management. His research coverage includes credit investments, European long-short equity investments, European event-driven investments, and long term and opportunistic investments. Prior to Lighthouse’s acquisition of Mesirow Advanced Strategies in 2018, John worked at Mesirow for almost 10 years where he also served as an investment committee member. Previous roles include at Watson Wyatt’s manager research practice, at McKinsey & Co’s asset management practice, and on Citibank’s graduate scheme.

John holds a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick Business School. He is also a CFA charter-holder.

Toby is the Manager of Law Data & Applications at Chevron U.S.A. Inc. Toby has been in the legal technology space for over 20 years. At Chevron, Toby is responsible for managing a team of eDiscovery Project Manager, all enterprise wide eDiscovery vendor relationships and Chevron’s Preservation Order tools and processes.

Toby and his team are an integral part of the litigation and investigative teams to reinforce Chevron processes and establish strategies for managing discovery in litigation and investigations. Prior to joining Chevron, Toby worked at various law firms providing eDiscovery project and platform management for cases filed in state and federal courts across the country.
