Description

Creating an inclusive work environment is at the core of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Notably, businesses with robust DEI strategies have a significant competitive advantage in this highly volatile market. Today, more companies are focused on implementing strong organizational diversity to the fore. However, while they are targeting effective DEI initiatives, it is crucial to ensure that internal and external systems and processes are aligned with DEI perspectives to avoid futile DEI efforts.

Join a panel of key thought leaders and practitioners assembled by The Knowledge Group as they present the latest developments and issues surrounding DEI. The distinguished speakers will also share the best implementation strategies to boost inclusivity in the workplace.
