Jerry levine

Jerry Levine is Chief Evangelist and General Counsel, Americas, at ContractPodAi. Jerry serves as an advisor to customers and the internal client voice, helping to guide global client success and shape overall product vision.

As a former global general counsel and Corporate Secretary at Amelia (IPsoft) - and a ContractPodAi customer, himself - he successfully implemented ContractPodAi within IPsoft’s legal department. Jerry also held leadership and consulting positions at both publicly and privately held companies, including Axiom and LexisNexis. He also founded a start-up focused law firm. As a leader in legal design thinking, he has been committed to helping legal professionals become “awesome lawyers” and strategic organizational leads - to drive results and increase market share for businesses.

Jerry holds a B.S. in Marketing and Japanese from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. with Honors from Rutgers Law School. He is currently based in New York City.

Tracey Brady Yurko

Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Bridgewater Associates

Tracey joined Bridgewater in 2012 and is currently Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She is also a Partner, and a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Operating Committee. In her role, she oversees our Legal and Regulatory Department and is responsible for legal and corporate governance, managing legal risk across Bridgewater and its funds.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Tracey practiced with the international law firms, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, representing banks, issuers, private equity funds and mezzanine funds in a wide range of banking and securities transactions. Tracey also represented public and private companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Tracey graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with honors, received a Master of Sciences degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Tracey currently serves as Vice Chair of Make-A-Wish Connecticut’s Board of Directors and on The Johns Hopkins Lacrosse Advisory Board.

Tracey is a member of the California State Bar, New York State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, and is Authorized In-House Counsel in Connecticut.

Oliver Round is Managing Counsel & Director and Product Owner of Contract Lifecycle Management at BNY Mellon, where he advises the enterprise on leveraging legal technology, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, contract analytics, contract generation and contract life-cycle solutions.

Mr. Round is counsel to the firm's artificial intelligent legal agreement repository and contract analytics platform as well as to numerous enterprise regulatory programs. In addition, he focuses on strategically enhancing end-to-end business-as-usual process automation, firm-wide contract lifecycle management implementation and designing artificial intelligence proof-of-concepts.

Mr. Round is an alumnus of both Forham Law School and Lafayette College.
