Kimberly Parson is the managing partner of the firm’s New Jersey office. She has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, focusing on insurance coverage litigation, focusing on insurance coverage litigation general commercial litigation, personal injury liability, products liability, environmental liability, mass torts, professional negligence, medical malpractice, and employment liability; as well as in New Jersey’s Municipal Court.

Kimberly also has experience in providing coverage opinions and advice to insurance carriers concerning their coverage obligations under various types of insurance policies including, comprehensive general liability, group property and casualty lines, public entity insurance, specialty and professional risk, excess, contractors, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation and/or employer’s liability coverage. In addition, she represents clients with municipal court liability and is a former New Jersey Municipal Court Prosecutor.

Mark has the distinct advantage and privilege of having been exposed to a vast array of substantive legal matters. Clients call on Mark and his experience litigating, trying, arbitrating, and arguing a variety of cases from appellate panel cases involving fires, fraud, No-Fault issues, dog bites, sex abuse, wrongful death, trucking law, complex tort, slip-and-falls, UM/UIM, products liability, municipal law, malpractice, lead exposure, construction defect and site accidents. Mark also works with railroad clients to defend against FELA and other claims. Mark’s varied background uniquely positions him to respond promptly and accurately to the needs of clients, whatever those needs may be.

Mark is described as tenacious and is as comfortable in the courtroom as he is assisting a client behind the scenes to resolve a matter. Mark has several trial successes under his belt and continues to use his growing courtroom experiences to guide clients to the most successful outcome possible.

Perssis is a versatile civil defense litigation attorney who handles a broad range of civil matters. Her general liability practice includes automobile law, premises liability, social host liability, and construction-related matters. Perssis also maintains an active insurance coverage practice, providing guidance to insurers on insurance policy coverage issues.
