Dale Nissenbaum

General Counsel & Chief People Officer
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Dale has been skillfully leading LLS’s team of 27 Human Resources professionals as Interim Chief People Officer since March 2022. Her breadth of experience, familiarity with LLS, and strong leadership and relationship-building qualities make her the right person to lead our very talented HR and Legal teams into the future.

In addition to having previous experience leading HR teams, Dale has demonstrated the success factors critical for the Chief People Officer role: Leadership, Empathy, Critical Thinking, and an “Ask and Listen” attitude. Dale has an inquisitive nature and analytical approach, always with the best interest of staff, constituents, and LLS in mind.

Dale has over 25 years of legal experience, developed at both public and private companies. Before joining LLS as General Counsel in 2020, to lead the Legal and Compliance functions, she was the General Counsel, Americas, for Brunswick Group, a global critical communications firm, where she served as strategic partner and advisor to senior management on business and legal issues from 2012 to 2019. Before that she was the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at a privately held manufacturing company. Dale started her career on Wall Street, and while in private practice she was a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Weil. She has a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law.

Rebecca Jones

Chief Counsel
ADM

Rebecca is the Chief Counsel, Ag Services & Oilseeds in the Law Department at Archer Daniels Midland Company. She joined ADM in 2014 and is currently responsible for legal matters regarding origination, transportation, global trading activities, crush and refined oils. Previously, Rebecca worked for WILD Flavors, Inc. and subsequently the Nutrition division of ADM after ADM acquired WILD in 2014.

Jahnisa Loadholt

Division General Counsel, Property Management
RangeWater

Jahnisa is the Division General Counsel for Property Management for RangeWater Residential, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for all legal, risk, and compliance matters across the property management division.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Jahnisa was Managing Counsel, Litigation, for a publicly traded real estate and financial services company, where she managed global litigation and employment matters for the company. Prior to going in house, Jahnisa represented clients in general civil litigation, insurance, consumer protection, cybersecurity, and privacy matters at a leading Atlanta law firm. Jahnisa also clerked for two federal judges.

Jahnisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Michelle Warner

Michelle Warner is currently Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer for the Delaware River and Bay Authority.
Previously, Michelle served as the interim CEO for a small startup company and spent ten years as a policy advisor to several New Jersey Cabinet Secretaries. Michelle began her career as a litigator at a small South Jersey law firm.?
Michelle is currently a member of several non-profit boards, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, the Villanova Law Women’s Network Board of Advisors, and the Pedro Arrupe Center for Business Ethics at St. Joseph’s University. She previously served as an appointed member of the Supreme Court of NJ District VII Ethics Committee and as an elected member of the Medford Township, New Jersey Board of Education.

Jessica S. Carey is a partner in the Litigation Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She has extensive experience handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters for financial institutions and corporations, with a focus on securities litigation and regulatory defense. Jessica also handles a variety of other litigation matters including internal investigations and white collar criminal matters. Jessica served as notes and articles editor of the Fordham Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Jessica is a member of the Financial Women’s Association.
