Robert Rando is a partner in the Intellectual Property, Litigation and Entertainment & Sports practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. With more than three decades of experience, he has handled a wide range of technology matters, including computer hardware and software, biotechnology products, medical devices, silicon chip manufacturing, chemical compounds, food additives, pharmaceuticals, communications, alternative energy products, consumer electronics, security, internet, and e-commerce.

Mr. Rando has substantial experience in federal civil litigation. He has been lead counsel in numerous cases in the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the Eastern District of New York (EDNY), and several other United States District Courts across the country. He also has a history of handling litigation matters that include complex commercial litigation, antitrust, class actions, civil rights, employment disputes, employment discrimination, ERISA cases, and product liability.

Lauren Krohn

Lauren specializes in complex environmental litigation. She focuses CERCLA and the New Jersey Spill Act, including matters related to contribution and cost recovery claims, corporate successor liability, environmental justice, natural resource damages, and soil and groundwater contamination. Lauren has a wealth of experience with the “big data” challenges presented by e-discovery and expert analysis in environmental matters. In 2021 she completed an 8-month course at the University of Pennsylvania to develop her skills in Python programming, machine learning, and data analysis and visualization, and regularly applies cutting-edge techniques to tackle large data sets in order to efficiently resolve complex problems for her clients.

Prior to joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP Lauren was an associate in the Environmental Litigation practice group at Archer & Greiner, PC. Lauren began her career as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. David M. Ragonese, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. She also interned in the United States District Court with the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II (E.D. Pa.), and with the Honorable Noel L. Hillman (D.N.J.). She served as Research Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal, led the Rutgers Mediation Project, and was a two-time participant of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
