Adriana Reyes-Villanueva

Adriana I. Reyes-Villanueva is an in-house Counsel for PepsiCo, Inc. based in Chicago. In her current capacity, Ms. Reyes-Villanueva is responsible for advising and representing internal clients in compliance matters involving federal and state labeling, advertising and marketing laws.

Ms. Reyes-Villanueva previously worked as a labor and employment attorney at PepsiCo and at The Quaker Oats Company prior to its acquisition by PepsiCo. Ms. Reyes-Villanueva also previously worked as a labor and employment attorney at Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholtz and at Jenner & Block in Chicago.

Ms. Reyes-Villanueva received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

Megan represents energy, chemical, consumer, and pharmaceutical clients in complex disputes in both state and federal courts across the United States. Having represented a variety of clients in their most complex disputes, Megan understands the need for innovative legal strategies that complement her client’s business goals. She is a skilled negotiator who achieves effective settlements, and has the necessary skill set to prepare a case for trial when needed. With significant briefing experience at the trial and appellate levels, she efficiently leads large case teams through complicated and extensive discovery.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Megan served in several leadership roles at an international law firm and assisted oil and chemical companies in their toughest disputes.

Amanda Arriaga is the General Counsel of Sperry Commercial - The Arriaga Group, an international commercial real estate firm. She was the first Latina President of the Austin Bar Association and Chair of the Austin Bar Foundation and hosts a podcast, the Council of Firsts, celebrating the need for diversity in legal leadership positions. She also serves on the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of Law.

Katrice Miller is an accomplished legal professional with over 25 years of experience advising and leading multinational corporations on a wide range of HR and employee relation issues related to labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Katrice earned her JD degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School and a Master of Law (LLM) in Business Compliance Law from Loyola University Chicago. She also holds a B.A. degree from Northwestern University.

In addition to her impressive legal career, Katrice has a deep passion for philanthropy. She serves as the Co-Director of the Alumni Admission Council at Northwestern University, a role that underscores her commitment to diversity and equity in education and her mission of nurturing the next generation of leaders. She also serves as a Senior Adjunct Law Professor with Loyola University Chicago where she has helped mentor hundreds of students in their pursuit of legal careers earning her Loyola's prestigious Excellence in Education Award.

Further amplifying her impact, Katrice is the innovative Founder of the Jalen Jimerson Foundation LLC, a non-profit organization created in memory of her late son. This organization is committed to empowering children and teenagers by providing them with the necessary support and resources to overcome adversity and challenges.
