Kristen Prinz

Founder and Managing Partner

Kristen Prinz is an employment lawyer, business counselor, and founder of The Prinz Law Firm. Ms. Prinz represents business owners, senior executives, lawyers, and physicians in matters ranging from employment agreements and non-competes to complex employment disputes. She is passionate about advocating for her clients’ interests and helping them achieve outcomes consistent with their professional goals.

Ms. Prinz has litigated employment law matters before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level; administrative agencies including the EEOC, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Cook County Human Rights Commission; and numerous arbitration panels. She has obtained a multi-million-dollar verdict for a client on defamation and retaliatory discharge claims. Ms. Prinz has developed a workplace training practice focused on educating businesses and employees on ensuring compliance and creating healthy workplaces. She regularly speaks to business owners, associations, and professionals on topics including workplace policies, workplace culture, harassment and discrimination, and diversity and inclusion. Part of this work includes serving as a mentor to women in the legal profession and counseling professional women on negotiating employment agreements, equity agreements, and restrictive covenants.

Ms. Prinz was selected for inclusion in Crain’s Chicago Business’ List of 50 Most Influential Female Attorneys, and has been named a Leading Lawyer by Leading Lawyers, as well as a Super Lawyer. She received her J.D. with honors from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Iowa.

Eunice Buhler

Eunice Buhler is General Counsel at G2, the world’s largest and most trusted software marketplace, where she and her team support the strategic and tactical legal needs of G2’s global presence.
Prior to G2, Eunice served as Associate General Counsel at the communications platform Inteliquent, where she played a strategic role in its acquisition by Swedish-based Sinch. Before that, she served as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she co-founded and led several Women in Private Equity efforts while representing PE firms as well as private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions ranging from $10 million to $2.1 billion across a variety of industries.
Eunice earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and attended Stanford University, where she obtained her B.A. in International Relations and M.A. in Psychology – Conflict Resolution and Negotiation.
Eunice serves on a number of boards and charitable organizations including The Economic Club of Chicago, The American Cancer Society, The Hellenic Institute, and Cultures for Youth, NFP, for which she serves as Founder & President.

Meghan Riley

Managing Associate General Counsel

Meghan Riley is Managing Associate General Counsel for Verizon. As part of the Global Network and Technology Legal Group, Meghan advises the engineers deploying and operating Verizon's best-in-class network on a broad range of legal issues, negotiates network infrastructure agreements, oversees regulatory compliance, and works on various legislative and policy initiatives. Meghan serves as a committee member on Verizon’s Legal, & Security Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, develops professional advancement and leadership programming, and is a vocal advocate for workplace policies and cultures that advance women and caregivers.

Meghan previously worked as an associate attorney in Quarles & Brady LLP’s Labor & Employment Group. She began her legal career litigating insurance matters at Cremer, Kopon, Shaughnessy & Spina, LLC, in Chicago. Meghan has also served as an adjunct professor for The John Marshall Law School’s Local Government Clinic, where she taught civil litigation skills and legal ethics.

Meghan received her law degree, magna cum laude, from University of Illinois Chicago Law School, where she was an editor of The UIC Law Review. She studied dance and English literature at the University of Iowa.

Lenor graduated Cum Laude from New York University School of Law in 2002, where she represented clients as a member of the school's Immigrant Rights Clinic and served as the Colloquium Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. She practiced with Heller Ehrman in Menlo Park and then moved back to New York City where she litigated with Heller Ehrman and then Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
She began her in-house counsel adventure with ABB. When the Power Grids business of ABB transitioned to Hitachi Energy, Lenor moved with it into the sustainable energy future!
In 2007, Lenor won first-place in the legal fiction writing contest sponsored by the New York Law Journal with my short story "Sue Generous." She is rated AV? Preeminent™ in Martindale-Hubbell. She was also recognized by Super Lawyers as a North Carolina Rising Star in Business Litigation for 2014, 2015, and 2016. In 2016 Lenor served as the Assistant Chapter Director of the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, and in 2017 was Chapter Director. She was elected to Business North Carolina magazine's Legal Elite for 2021.
Lenor is admitted in three states: California, New York, and North Carolina.

Melissa Seiler is Assistant General Counsel at Core Spaces. In this role, she advises on all of Core’s legal matters, with a focus on real estate transactions and financings. Melissa has also served as counsel for boberdoo.com and was a partner at international law firm Greenberg Traurig.

She earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Barnard College.
